Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: May 11th, 2025
By booking a detailing service with South Haven Detailing LLC ("we",
"us", or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and
significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing
service.

South Haven Detailing LLC will not accept any liability for loss or
damage to personal property, including but not limited to the vehicle
itself, contents within the vehicle, or the location of service.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a lawful,
safe, and accessible area. If you have any concerns about the
location, please inform your technician prior to service.
2. Power Usage Consent

South Haven Detailing LLC does not provide its own power source. By
booking an appointment, the customer confirms that a working, standard
electrical outlet will be available at the service location.

If power is unavailable or access is denied, the appointment may be
canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.

The customer agrees to provide power at no cost to South Haven
Detailing LLC and will not be compensated for any electricity used
during the service.
3. Service Conditions

All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able
to withstand normal cleaning procedures.

South Haven Detailing LLC does not accept liability for discharged
batteries during or after service. Customers are encouraged to inspect
their vehicle before service begins to ensure all
lights, electronics, and systems are turned off.

All detailing timeframes are estimates. Some vehicles may require more
or less time based on size, condition, and package selected.
4. Scheduling & Availability

While we strive to honor all scheduled bookings within the estimated
arrival window, unforeseen delays (e.g., traffic, prior appointments,
emergencies) may occur.

We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust appointments due to staff
availability, inclement weather, or equipment issues.

A valid address, accurate package selection, and honest disclosure of
vehicle condition are required to place a service order. Services are
not guaranteed until confirmed by South Haven Detailing LLC.

South Haven Detailing LLC reserves the right to cancel any appointment
at our sole discretion.
5. Payments

We reserve the right to request debit or credit card information to
secure bookings. All card transactions are securely processed through
Squarespace.

Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise
agreed upon in writing.
6. Satisfaction & Redo Policy
-
A post-service walkaround will be conducted with the customer when
possible. Any concerns or requests for corrections must be addressed
at this time and will be handled at the discretion of South Haven
Detailing LLC, within reason and based on the original service
package.

Once the walkaround is complete and the customer has acknowledged
satisfaction, the service will be considered fulfilled. Additional
requests made after this point may be subject to additional charges.

Certain stains, odors, or damage—including but not limited to salt
stains, pet hair, heavy oxidation, or permanent discoloration—may not
be fully removable even after professional detailing. We will always
do our best within the limits of the package selected and the
condition of the vehicle.
7. Limitations and Refusals

We reserve the right to refuse or deny service requests that exceed
the scope of the booked detailing package.

We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason,
including but not limited to unsafe conditions, misrepresentation of
the vehicle’s condition, or disrespectful behavior.
